InstaFriday

It’s been a while since I did an InstaFriday post, so I figured I’d try to get back into it. I love looking back and seeing what I’ve done in the past week {or in this case, in the past few weeks — I’m sharing almost a month’s worth of pics today!}, and I love visiting the InstaFriday link party to see what other people have done too!

If you don’t already, follow me on Instagram!!

Hope you all have a fabulous weekend!!

Mason decided that his little wind-up doggy wanted some peanut butter sandwich too. I guess I should be happy he’s sharing…

This hot air balloon flew right over D’s football game. I’m sure you can imagine that it wasn’t a distraction AT ALL.

This was a very windy, very rainy Penn State game. And I had a sinus infection. That’s what you call devotion, people. And luckily, I didn’t end up in the hospital with pneumonia.

So, yeah. This is what my living room ceiling looks like right now. The seal around our master bath shower was leaking, so the plumber we called said, “Don’t worry, it’s a really easy fix, I just have to pop out the drain and replace the seal.” Except naturally, our builder decided to install a drain that you can only remove from beneath. Which of course meant that they had to cut a one-foot-square hole in our ceiling. This was my attempt to apply a filter and see if it made it look any better. It didn’t.

D got it in his head that they should all go out and look at the stars. It hurt my heart to see them all lying there side by side. Adorable.

Mason and I raised the Jolly Roger and were ready to cheer for our Buccos, who made it into the playoffs for the first time since I was in high school. Sadly, they’re out now, but still. It was exciting while it lasted.

I really wish this side view was as cute on a 37-year-old woman as it is on a 2-year-old boy.

I finally finished my fall decor last week. And I made this pumpkin look even better after taking the picture by adding a Knotted Jute Rosette.

We were kickin’ it old school earlier this week with a Bus jersey. And some bedhead.

Don’t miss my post on how to make your own book socks — in about one minute, with something you probably have lying around your house!
