Eat. Create. Party! Features

I have a problem.

It’s a good problem to have, but it’s a problem nonetheless.

My problem is that there are way too many awesome projects being linked up to Eat. Create. Party! every week, and it’s gotten too hard for me to choose just a few features for the party post.

So starting today, I am going to do a separate post every Monday with all of my Eat. Create. Party! favorites! I will also still continue to pick my three absolute favorites to feature in the party post each week. That means more exposure for you and more chances for me to show off all of your fabulous creations!

These sweet Spring-inspired Sugar Cookies from Simply Suzanne’s at Home are just adorable. I love the simple sugar decorations that make them look almost too cute to eat!

 

I don’t know if it’s because I have a son named Mason or what, but I loves me some Mason jars. I love that you can make them as rustic or as fancy as you like, and these Painted Mason Jars from Delineate Your Dwelling are just gorgeous.

 

Coconut? Check. White chocolate? Check. Lemon, cake mix, sprinkles and alcohol?? Checkity check check check. I think I have kind of a girl crush on Angela from Shake, Bake and Party after seeing this Easter Cake Cocktail. I think we need to become friends, stat.

 

Um, yeah. You may have noticed that I featured a salsa recipe last week as well. I cannot get enough salsa. Like Amanda from Happily Ever After, I also tend to eat so many chips and salsa at restaurants that I’m not hungry for my actual meal. Maybe I’ll just make this Restaurant Style Roasted Red Salsa one night for dinner! See? I’m a problem solver, people.

 

When I saw the name of these Cheese Filled Three Cheese Dinner Rolls from Roxana’s Home Baking, I thought, “Silly girl clearly made a mistake when she was typing — there’s too many ‘cheese’-s in there!” Then I realized: a. there can never be too many cheeses and b. these are actually three cheese rolls that are FILLED WITH CHEESE. Um, ok!!

 

I am a little annoyed that I saw these Monthly Onesies from The NY Melrose Family a month after my friend had her baby. Because seriously, what a fabulous baby gift! Easy and pretty inexpensive to make, but completely, totally adorable.

 

I am actually starting back on Weight Watchers today, so I think I’m going to be eating this Breakfast Parfait from The Pin Junkie a lot. It looks like such a delicious, healthy, and hearty breakfast!

 

Speaking of breakfast, who wouldn’t want to eat dessert for breakfast? Especially if it’s actually healthy! I’ve seen recipes for overnight oatmeal before, but I’ve never tried it. I think that’s going to have to change with this recipe for Overnight Blueberry Lemon Cheesecake Oats from The Housewife in Training Files.

 

Dave got me a donut pan for Christmas last year, and I used it a whole bunch of times when I first got it. Then, like most kitchen toys like that, it got relegated to the cupboard, where it’s remained ever since. Until now. Because Weight Watchers be damned, I’m going to have to make these Lemon Coconut Donuts with Lemon Glaze from The First Year, like, tonight. 

 

Yay, now there’s a healthy dessert! Right? Because there is fruit in these Strawberry Pretzel Bars from Life with the Crust Cut Off. And fruit is healthy. Ergo, any dessert with fruit is healthy. {Don’t argue with my logic, people. Just roll with it.}

 

This Tex-Mex Chicken Salad from Your Home Based Mom looks so, so delicious. Hearty enough for dinner, yet easy enough to put together for lunch. I love it!
