Can you believe Easter is on Sunday?? What the heck happened? I feel like it was just Christmas, for Pete’s sake! I am totally, completely unprepared for Easter, so I am in the process of trying to come up with some super quick and easy {and cute!!} Easter treats for the boys.
I think these Bunny Bum Pudding Cups totally fit the bill.
I mean, come on. Look at that cuteness! I just love them. And they literally took about 5 minutes to make. If that.
I was at Walmart the other day frantically getting some Easter stuff, when I saw these new Super Snack Pack Pudding Cups. I was originally going to just use them for lunch box treats, but then I decided to see what cute little concoction I could come up with. I grabbed some Oreos, Honey Maid graham crackers, Mini Nilla Wafers, and Crunch and Munch and went to work.
I have seen bunny bum cupcakes and cookies in books and on Pinterest before, so I used those as my inspiration for these pudding cups.
To make them, I just used a round cookie cutter to cut a circle out of a graham cracker. Did you know you can use cookie cutters to cut graham crackers?? You totally can! I thought for sure the cracker would break into a million pieces, but the cutter went right through.
I took a piece of Crunch & Munch, dipped one side in some melted candy melts and then stuck it onto the circle for the bunny’s tail.
Then I took two Mini Nilla Wafers and piped on some bunny footprints.
I crushed up some Oreos in the food processor and covered the top of the pudding with it to make the dirt for the bunny to dig in.
Then I just stuck in the bunny body and two bunny feet, and the bunny bum pudding cups were ready to eat!

I’m *so* glad I’m not the only Mom who thinks it was Christmas yesterday and is totally caught off guard by Easter! Yey for easy, cute, delicious snacks to the rescue!
I loved these and had to try them out for my little girls birthday! I didn’t have all of the supplies so I improvised.
Thanks!
