Mystery Thrift Boxes

When you order your mystery box, you will fill out a form that tells us more about you and if you wish, send us your Pinterest boards and your social media handles. We will then search our favorite thrift stores, antique shops, flea markets and garage and estate sales to handpick beautiful secondhand pieces just for you. Once we have your box ready to go, we will pack your items with utmost care and send you an invoice for shipping. Once this shipping invoice has been paid, we will send your items, along with information on each item where possible, notes on why we chose each item for you, and some styling ideas.

Shipping will vary based on the items we find for you and the size of the mystery box you order. Once we have your box fully packed up, we will calculate your shipping costs and send you an invoice. As soon as your invoice is paid, your items will be shipped to you. We do everything we can to keep shipping as low as possible, while still ensuring that your items arrive safely.

Every item in our mystery boxes is secondhand, vintage, or antique – meaning nothing new is being produced, packaged, or wasted. In addition, we re-use and recycle packing materials whenever possible. By giving pre-loved decor a new home, you’re helping reduce landfill waste, lower demand for mass-produced goods, and support a slower, more sustainable way of styling your space. It’s beautiful for your home and the planet.

Of course you could – but we do the hard part for you. We spend hours digging through thrift shops, garage and estate sales, flea markets, and antique stores to find unique pieces that match your style. Our boxes save you time, effort, and the overwhelm of searching, while still giving you the thrill of the find – without ever leaving your home.

That’s the best part – even we don’t know! Each box is filled with personally curated secondhand, vintage, and/or antique home decor items that reflect your style preferences. Think: vases, trays, wall art, books, candlesticks, small ceramics, and other character-filled treasures. No two boxes are alike! If you have something specific you’re looking for, let us know in your questionnaire and we’ll do our best to find it for you!

When you order, you’ll fill out a short style questionnaire that helps us understand your aesthetic, favorite colors, and decor preferences. We use that info to hand-select every item just for you.

We try to ship out boxes as soon as possible after your order, but they take time to curate, so it could take up to 2-4 weeks for your box to ship, particularly if you are looking for rare or hard to find items. We will keep you updated throughout the process so you know what to expect. Trust us—it’s worth the wait!

Due to the personalized and one-of-a-kind nature of our boxes, we don’t accept returns. That said, we want you to love what you get. In the unlikely event that something doesn’t feel right, reach out and we’ll do our best to make you happy.
