We do movie nights almost every week in our house. It’s become such a fun Friday night tradition that we all look forward to. I love when one of the boys says something like, “Ooh! Can we watch that for our next movie night?!?”
Now that David is almost 10 {I can’t even talk about it}, though, it’s becoming a bit of a challenge to find movies that we all want to watch but are still appropriate for Mason, who’s not quite 4 yet.
But I was at Target earlier this week {shocker — it would be bigger news if I went a week WITHOUT going to Target}, and I saw that Big Hero 6 had just come out on DVD and Blu-ray this week. I knew I had to get it.
We missed it when it was out in theaters last November, and we’ve all been dying to see it on Blu-ray.
We usually do pizza and popcorn for movie nights {because what the heck kind of movie night can you have without popcorn, for pete’s sake?!?}, so I decided to do some fun little Baymax printable popcorn bags, and because I’m a lovely, giving person, I am sharing that printable with you here!
I just love his cute little face!
Paper bags are so, so easy to make. To make this popcorn bag, you are going to use the same method I used to make these gift bags.
Start by downloading and printing out the bag template on a regular 8.5″x11″ piece of paper. {Note: if you’re going to be using a ton of butter on your popcorn, you might want to line your bags with parchment paper.}
Lay your paper face down and fold the left and right sides in to the middle, overlapping them about 1/2″. Secure them with tape.
Next, fold up the bottom of your bag about 1/3 of the way.
Push in on the edges of the fold to make two triangles.
Fold the points of the triangles into the center and tape.
Open up your bag, fill it with popcorn, and enjoy the movie!

I totally agree with you! There’s no such thing as a movie night with popcorn…and these bags are perfect for a Big Hero 6 movie night! #client
