Welcome to Day 23 of the 31 Days of Halloween!
I am loving today’s tutorial for a Bug & Spider Halloween Wreath.
Although, it’s so easy, it’s not even really a tutorial. It’s pretty much just a bunch of pictures to show you what I did, because I realize that none of you are idiots and this isn’t exactly a project that needs step-by-step instructions.
Although if you do want step-by-step instructions, here you go:
1. Spray paint a grapevine wreath black.
2. Glue on some plastic bugs and spiders from the dollar store.
3. Hang.
I just love how it turned out.
I think it’s super cool that from far away, it just kind of looks like a messy black wreath. Sort-of Halloween-y, but not so much.
And then you get up close, and you can see it’s teeming with creepy crawlies.
Eww. My boys could not believe I voluntarily put something with spiders on it on our house, but they love it too. I can’t wait for the trick-or-treaters to come and get skeeved out by it!
