Have you ever had a Cuban sandwich?
If you have, you understand. They’re amazing. Pork, ham, Swiss cheese and pickles on bread that’s been slathered with mustard and then grilled in a sandwich press so all the flavors are melded together and the bread is nice and crispy and the cheese is all gooey and melty. Un. Real.
If you haven’t had one, you need to go get yourself one. Stat.
Cuban sandwiches are probably my favorite sandwich in the world. And since my favorite food is chips and dip, I decided I had to combine those two faves into one delicious concoction.
So without further ado, I am pleased to present to you: Cuban Sandwich Dip.
Try not to eat it all in one sitting.
