So here’s a crazy fact: I used to not like hummus. Like, at all. I am not a huge fan of beans — particularly the texture — and I just really didn’t like the flavor. {Side note: does it drive anyone else bananas when people say “hoooo-mus? I kind of want to rip my ears off when I hear people say that. That’s all.}
Now, I cannot get enough, especially of flavored hummus. But it’s one of those things that I was always nervous to try to make at home, so I ended up buying it. My very favorite kind is an Everything Bagel Hummus that I can only find at one particular store in town, and it’s about twice the price of regular hummus. So I decided I was going to either go broke or try to figure out how to make it.
Holy cow, am I glad I did. It’s SO. DOGGONE. GOOD.
I shared the entire recipe over at SoFabFood, so head over there to check it out!
