Holy moly. I don’t know what is going on with me, but I am finding it ridiculously hard to get back into the swing of things after the holidays. Part of it is because we are in the midst of a massive de-crap-ifying of our house, so I am spending a ton of time going through each room in our house and getting rid of a TON of stuff.
Plus, I’ve had sick kids and snow days and migraines, so it’s just been fun all around.
But today I’m sharing a super fun, super easy little to-do to make those snow days even more fun: snowman marshmallows.
Seriously! Could these be any cuter?? And they take approximately 4 seconds to make.
All you need are large marshmallows and food coloring markers.
If you don’t have food coloring markers, you need to get some, pronto. My very favorites are the Americolor Gourmet Writer Food Decorator Pens. I use them all the time {like in my Easy Snow Globe Sugar Cookies and Notebook Cupcakes}, and I love them. They have lasted forever.
Start by cutting your marshmallows in half across the middle, so that the round ends are intact. {If you don’t plan on using your marshmallows right away, you can sprinkle some powdered sugar on the cut end to make them not be sticky.}
Then, just draw on a cute little snowman face! That’s all there is to it!
Don’t you just love super easy little treats like this??
If you liked this post, you’ll love these ones too!
