Happy Halloween, everyone!! Welcome to Day 30 of the 31 Days of Halloween! {I know you may be confused as to why it’s only Day 30, but I have a fun Halloween follow-up post planned for next week that will be Day 31.}
If you’re anything like me, you finish getting your Halloween decorations up on Halloween itself. Trick-or-treating was last night from 6-8 for us, and around 5:30, you would have found me sticking the faux tombstones into the ground outside and hanging up the awesome tangled web curtain panels I got from Wayfair.
I also just finished putting the finishing touches on my Halloween mantel a few days ago.
I love how spooky and fun it is. It’s also full of DIY projects, like my DIY Skull Candle Holder, my DIY Skull Bottle, and a fun flower-and-skull wreath that I didn’t get a chance to do a tutorial for. {Maybe next year!}
I also discovered a whole new decor item that I never even knew existed: a mantel scarf. Specifically, one covered in spiders, webs and bats. How. Freaking. Cute. Is. This? I think I’m in some trouble now, though, because Wayfair has about a bajillion of these, and now I know that a mantel scarf is actually a thing, I want about 67 of them. Just because.
Anyway, if you’re finally all decorated for Halloween, you should totally snap some photos and enter Wayfair’s Halloween Decor Photo Contest. You could win a $500 Wayfair gift card! Who couldn’t use an extra $500 around this time of year?!? Just head over to their site and submit up to 5 photos of your indoor or outdoor Halloween decor. That’s all there is to it!
Good luck, and I hope you all have a very happy and safe Halloween!!
