The Ultimate Peanut Butter Recipe Collection

So remember last summer when I decided to take a little step back from the blog so that I could figure out what exactly I wanted to do? And I promised that I would be back? Well, guess what.

I’m back, baby!!

After a long break, during which I tried out some different things and went through a whole boatload of personal stuff, some good, some not-so-good, I realized that what I really want to do, like if I didn’t have to worry about money and could do anything in the world that I wanted to do, is this blog. Well, that and sit on a beach somewhere {possibly St. John — Dave and I went there in January to celebrate my 40th birthday and it was amazeballs} and drink margaritas. And also just go shopping all day, every day. But job-wise, this is it.

We recently remodeled our kitchen {more to come on that!}, and as I was picking out paint colors and choosing new cabinet hardware and deciding that I want to change up pretty much every single thing on our walls, I realized that this is what makes me happy. And in light of recent life events, I have decided that doing what makes you happy is the most important thing in the world. 

You know what else makes me happy? {In addition to creating sort-of awkward segues?}

Peanut Butter. And random food holidays, like National Peanut Butter Lovers’ Day, which was actually on March 1. Who knew? {Side note: this post was originally supposed to get posted on the 1st, but that didn’t work out. So here it is.}
