Welcome to Day 14 of the 31 Days of Halloween!
I’m back with another candy eyeball treat: Pretzel-Rolo Monster Eyeballs. I told you when I made my Monster Lollipops — you slap some candy eyeballs on pretty much anything and you have yourself a Halloween party.
Have you ever made the Pretzel-Rolo Treats with the M&Ms or pecans on top? I make them on star-shaped pretzels with red and green M&Ms every year for Christmas. They’re fun, easy and delicious, and I could pretty much eat my weight in them.
This year, I decided to put a little Halloween spin on them and use my old friend candy eyeballs instead of M&Ms!
I used round, wheel-shaped pretzels for these, but you could use whatever you have on hand. Just place an unwrapped Rolo on each pretzel, stick them in the oven until the Rolos have softened up {about 3 minutes}, and press a candy eyeball into the top. That’s it!
Let them set back up and serve your guests a big ol’ pile of eyeballs! How much fun are these?? They’d be a great treat for a school Halloween party too!
