Welcome to Tailgating Week at Endlessly Inspired!
Today is Tailgating Tuesday, part of a series that will continue throughout the fall. Each week, I’ll recipe, DIY project, craft or tip to make your tailgate simply amazing.
I’ve mentioned it before, but my favorite food in the world is chips and dip. I would eat it every day of my life if I could. This BLT Dip is one of my very favorite dip recipes — and it’s a go-to every year for tailgating.
I realize that there is technically no “L” in this dip {the green is from scallions}, but it really does have all the flavors of a BLT sandwich. I use canned tomatoes, but if you’re feeling ambitious, more power to you: chop up some fresh ones. I usually serve this dip with Fritos scoops, tortilla chips or potato chips, but if you find something else it’s good with, please let me know!
Don’t forget to check back tomorrow to see another Tailgating Week feature! And be sure to follow my Tailgating Pinterest board!

I think this would be great as a topping for a baked potato!
