Green Slime Popcorn

Ooey, gooey, marshmallow popcorn that looks like it's been slimed!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag microwave popcorn popped {remove unpopped kernels}
  • 6 Tbsp butter
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste {or vanilla extract}
  • 3-4 drops Americolor Electric Green food coloring

Instructions
 

  • 1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place popcorn in large bowl. Set both aside.
  • 2. In large microwavable bowl, microwave butter and sugar for 1 minute, or until butter is melted. Whisk until thoroughly combined. Stir in marshmallows and microwave for an additional minute. Stir until thoroughly combined. Stir in vanilla bean paste and food coloring, and pour over popcorn. Stir to coat and spread popcorn on baking sheet. Let cool.
