Homemade Magic Shell

Make homemade magic shell ice cream topping in about a minute, with only two ingredients!!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup chocolate chips {or other chocolate chopped into small pieces}
  • 1 1/2 T coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • 1. Place chocolate and coconut oil into a microwave-safe dish and heat for 30 seconds. Stir. If necessary, continue to heat in 15-second intervals, stirring after each interval until smooth.
  • 2. Pour over ice cream and allow to harden.

Notes

DO NOT REFRIGERATE! If kept at room temperature, chocolate should remain liquid. If it hardens, microwave in 10-second intervals, stirring after each interval until smooth.
