Cuban Sandwich Dip

A creamy, delicious dip with all the flavors of a Cuban sandwich

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 1 1/2 T yellow mustard
  • 3/4 t ground cumin
  • 1/2 t oregano
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1-2 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1 cup finely chopped pulled pork {see Notes}
  • 1 cup finely chopped ham
  • 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped dill pickle

Instructions
 

  • 1. In a medium bowl, mix together sour cream, mustard, cumin, oregano, lime and garlic until well blended.
  • 2. Stir in pork, ham, cheese and pickles.
  • 3. Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving. Serve with bruschetta toasts, pita chips or crackers.

Notes

Note: I used some leftover pulled pork that I had on hand, but if you don't have any, you usually can find pulled pork with the pre-packaged deli meats in your grocery store.
