1. In a medium bowl, mix together sour cream, mustard, cumin, oregano, lime and garlic until well blended.
2. Stir in pork, ham, cheese and pickles.
3. Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving. Serve with bruschetta toasts, pita chips or crackers.
Notes
Note: I used some leftover pulled pork that I had on hand, but if you don't have any, you usually can find pulled pork with the pre-packaged deli meats in your grocery store.
