50large marshmallows or 5 cups miniature marshmallows

1/3cupBailey's Irish Cream
6cupsRice Krispies
1/2cupGuinness
1/2cuppowdered sugar
Instructions
1. Spray a 9x13 inch pan with cooking spray.
2. Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until melted. Remove from heat. Add Bailey's and stir until completely mixed.
3. Add Rice Krispies and stir until completely coated.
4. Press mixture into prepared pan and place in refrigerator until cool {about 20 minutes}.
5. Meanwhile, heat Guinness in small saucepan over medium heat until reduced by about half. Put powdered sugar into small bowl and add reduced Guinness, one tablespoon at a time, and whisk until fully combined and the consistency of maple syrup. {See note.}
6. Cut treats into squares and drizzle with glaze.
Notes
If Guinness glaze is too thin, add more powdered sugar, and if too thick, add more of the reduced Guinness. You probably won't use all of the reduced Guinness.
