Chocolate Milk Fudge

This chocolate milk fudge is smooth, creamy, and amazingly melt-in-your-mouth. No candy thermometer needed! #31DaysofHalloween #TruMooHalloween

Ingredients
  

  • 3 1/2 c sugar
  • 1 c TruMoo chocolate milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla bean paste {or vanilla extract}
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 2 1/2 c miniature marshmallows
  • 1 12- oz bag orange and semi-sweet chocolate chips separated by color
  • 1 c milk chocolate chips or chopped milk chocolate

Instructions
 

  • 1. Butter or spray with cooking spray a 9x13 pan.
  • 2. In a large pot, mix together sugar, milk, vanilla and butter. Heat over medium-high heat until boiling and boil for 3 minutes. Turn off heat, but leave pot on burner.
  • 3. Add marshmallows and stir until melted. Add semi-sweet chips and stir until melted. Add milk chocolate and stir until melted and completely smooth. Pour into prepared pan and sprinkle orange chips on top. Place in refrigerator to cool for approximately one hour or until set. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Note: This fudge is rather soft, so you may want to store it in the fridge and serve it cool.
