Berrylicious Shakeology Protein Shake

This delicious shake features strawberries, blueberries and Greenberry Shakeology {but you could use vanilla or strawberry Shakeology instead, or even regular protein powder}. Plus a crazy secret ingredient that you will never believe!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup blueberries fresh or frozen {see notes}
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 scoop or packet Greenberry {or vanilla or strawberry} Shakeology {or protein powder of your choice}
  • 3/4 cup crushed ice
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions
 

  • 1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend for 4-5 minutes. If shake is too thick, add a bit more water. If it is too thin, add more ice. Serve immediately with a straw.

Notes

If you are on the 21 Day Fix, you can just fill your purple container with a combination of blueberries and strawberries.
