Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder I use Orgain Organic Plant Based Protein Powder in Sweet Vanilla Bean
  • 1 tsp fat-free sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/4 cup ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • 1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend for 3-5 minutes. Divide into 2 glasses and serve immediately.
