Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen sliced peaches
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free, fat-free vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste (or vanilla extract)
  • 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder optional

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into a blender and blend for 3-5 minutes, until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
